Vaccines don't prevent sickness. They allow the immune system to adapt to specific diseases, the prevalence of which have dropped with the advent of vaccines for them. But you can still get ill from living an unhealthy lifestyle, which many people do. But of course pseudoscience anti accents are unable to make that distinction.

Yeah, that is how they are sold. But is the cure worse than the illness in many cases? And what is an "anti accent"?
