Can anyone please recommend a good Catholic (obviously  ;) ) Scriptural concordance?  I found this one from TAN: https://tanbooks.com/products/books/a-textual-concordance-of-holy-scriptures/  but I don't necessarily need the actual quotes in the book, if I can help it.

Yes, I have the TAN one, and it is very good; the Index by topic in the back helps one to locate exactly the quotes on the subject one is looking up.
