Kimchi does seem to be an acquired taste.  I am now having Indian chai (spiced tea and milk) with gingerbread cookies.  That should sound more appealing to you.

Yes, I've been busy, but I've missed you all too! And now I'm leaving again tomorrow, traveling for the holidays. So let me wish you all a merry Christmas and a happy new year!

I am happy this morning. Now that could change. Have to call daughter for update on son in law, who I love very much, and they are having a very difficult time stabilizing his heart. Anyway, for now, I am happy. Getting little house ready for Christmas guests. Food in. Fresh linens, towels. Clean bathroom. You know, all the regular getting ready for guests stuff. But.....the guests are daughter, hubby and 6 kids. Hopefully hubby will be stable!

Safe travels! I'm done exams and such, but I still have practicum on Christmas Eve, so I'm not going home until Christmas morning. I may surprise my family by showing up for the morning Mass there.
