Happy Easter to all the members and their families!
"The World Must Conform to Our Lord and not He to it." Rev. Dennis Fahey CSSP

"My brothers, all of you, if you are condemned to see the triumph of evil, never applaud it. Never say to evil: you are good; to decadence: you are progess; to death: you are life. Sanctify yourselves in the times wherein God has placed you; bewail the evils and the disorders which God tolerates; oppose them with the energy of your works and your efforts, your life uncontaminated by error, free from being led astray, in such a way that having lived here below, united with the Spirit of the Lord, you will be admitted to be made but one with Him forever and ever: But he who is joined to the Lord is one in spirit." Cardinal Pie of Potiers

Same to you Michael.  Good to see you back!

Christianity is based upon the Resurrection of its Founder.

The Apostles primarily and principally preached Christ Risen; that doctrine understood and accepted, all the rest followed.

Christ had demanded of every prospective Christian one thing; faith in Him-not learning, nor martyrdom, nor health, nor wealth, but faith.

His Apostles had promptly professed their faith in Christ as the Messiah, but only tardily did they embrace faith in the Risen Redeemer.

Men marvel how slowly the Apostles came to understand and to accept Christ's prophecy that He should rise from the dead; but the same men seldom reflect how slowly and incompletely they themselves come to accept and to practice Christ's teachings on how they should conduct themselves among the living.

The Resurrection of Jesus Christ is the mark of divine approval on Christ's perfect plan for the perfect life.

The Resurrection of Christ demonstrates that His teachings were correct. Our lives can be correct only as they conform to Christ's teachings. Not for us the anxiety as to what we should do in order to rise gloriously with Christ, for we already know; for us only the steadfast determination to live as Christ taught.
