EDIT: nm. google was my friend. so it's an alcoholic root beer, found some home recipes for "clones" of it that don't look too far off of stuff i have done. alcoholic ginger beer is another nice one.

The root beer features a familiar blend of sassafras bark, vanilla, anise, wintergreen, and handfuls of additional spices that give it the nostalgic flavor, but with enough alcohol (5.9%) to give you a good buzz.

currently enjoying a Wild Buck ale out of my musical beer stein (for those who have seen the pics of the steins i bought earlier in the year, it's the one with the proper lid on and a big ship on the side). dunno what it is, especially given i am drinking a pretty generic amber, but beer tastes much better from a stein.

currently enjoying a Wild Buck ale out of my musical beer stein (for those who have seen the pics of the steins i bought earlier in the year, it's the one with the proper lid on and a big ship on the side). dunno what it is, especially given i am drinking a pretty generic amber, but beer tastes much better from a stein.

nah, i just went for awhile of not drinking at all and now drink very moderately. the stopping for awhile was like having a "reset" kind of a thing. having three pints tonight cos it's a wednesday lol.

weirdest thing just happened, i thought i saw a fly in my stein but when i pulled out of the drink with a fork it was a really, really small bee. or maybe a wasp i dunno. body was a little bigger than an ant, yellow and black stripes, wings... never seen anything like it.
