Went to Saragosa, where the original pillar is venerated. Amazing place. Takes days to actually appreciate. It is so huge, so many side altars. The pillar is main draw, but so very much to see there. The side altars have these crucifixes with real hair and display Our Lords suffering in  a very poignant way. They have to replace the feet on these because the adorers have repeatedly worn them off! Our Lord could only hope to see this deep love in this country. Yes, of course we have our own truly devoted, but the numbers are greater than anything we may see here. They also have 2 bombs dropped on the church, but never detonated. Our Lady is credited with saving the structure. Praised be to God.
To board the struggle bus: no whining, board with a smile, a fake one will be found out and put off at next stop, no maps, no directions, going only one way, one destination. Follow all rules and you will arrive. Drop off at pearly gate. Bring nothing.
