Trust me I know people in my own family who lost their jobs.

I began to really see the evils of the lockdowns when I realized that it likely caused many folks in the 3rd world to starve. No job = no food.

I would never ask for Joseph to come back because he doesn't think this is a Catholic forum. He views this place as full of sinners he has the duty to "convert," and I personally told him, go and leave.

A buddy was able to pick some ivermectin up for me yesterday, no questions asked.

Are you feeling okay? I thought you already got covid?

I'm not sure if I already had covid or not.  Lately I've had a nasty dry cough that's been keeping me up a night.  So I'm on day four of a five day ivermectin treatment.  No change yet, so it doesn't sound like covid.  Brutal cough and shortness of breath though.

Anyone heard from Mike? This was his last post.

I found his obituary.  He died two days after this post. 

It was only a matter of time before "SD medical advice" killed somebody and now it has happened. 

Of course, you fools will find some way to blame this on the vaccine too.

I'm only responding to this because I'm surprised to see so many very old threads being resurrected in the last two days.  Information that I can offer, Baylee, is that Mike and I corresponded privately for quite some time (many years).  He was a chronic smoker, and his doctor had also told him to lose weight, which I believe he did.  (We know what both do to the heart.)  He had emphysema and asthma as well.  The last few years of his life revolved around attempts at turning his health around for the better -- some of which he also shared with me.

A small percentage of patients with such syndromes survived Covid, vaccinated or not. But it is just as likely that his respiratory symptoms and the effect of those on his lungs and heart killed him, particularly if he had previously survived Covid.
