Using a muscle massage machine. My back is so sore from the accident. Dymph, you were right. Can't believe how this crept up. So tired. Had therapy today. Won't have it until tuesday.Glad. You plop, well, ladies don't technically plop, we r e c l i n e, or seat ourselves.  Scratch that my dear, this is SD, the virtual world, so if you want to plop, then by golly, you plop away!  Not sure whether you are still here or not, it seems the little green light no longer has meaning.  So please excuse me if I bump into you.  Anyway, what I started all of this to say was, if you happen across any wisdom, please throw it my way.  I'll do the same for you, should I come across any in my travels.  It's nice to have you back.  :)
