Forgot to mention earlier.  Today is the 56th Anniversary of my First Holy Communion.

Thanks all for your prayers. I am pretty sure I've seen the worst of it. Now I just need to get strength back. Hopefully.

Yay!  She's on her way back!  I do have 1 question.  The sign says "go to bed", but it doesn't say what to do once we are there.  How do you all make yourselves go to sleep?

I don't know what I do. I just close my eyes. Let it go, if I can. So many nights I can count the hours only dozing in between.

It's a little chilly here. We'll be using the EB (electric blanket) tonight...

I would have to start with France in the 1660s, quickly moving on to Quebec, Canada.  This was when my relatives moved to Quebec, Can.  I would have like to have seen what was going on at the time in both countries.

OK bedheads! It's after 8. Time to gear up for a nice long sleep, God willing.

So, in a stall in my big barn, you will find 4 ducks, all female, and all brooding a huge clutch of eggs. I've never seen this before. They are squeezed together creating a down blanket over all the eggs. There must be 30-40 eggs in the huge nest of straw! I do believe we will have ducklings soon.

How did you know I was here?  Head still banging but seem to be hopefully through the barfing stage.  Actually got to eat a couple of bites of supper.  I am going to have faith that I will sleep tonight (faith, faith, faith...).
