3mg Melatonin and sleep sound machine set to "white noise."  Thank God I've had 8+ hours sleep the last few nights.   :pray1:

Chris, I am ecstatic for you! Truly. I lost several nights sleep from an infected broken tooth and felt like crap. You must feel rejuvenated!

that is really great

I love my white noise machine--one of the best things about being home.  They dont allow it in the hospital--and that is the placewhere you really need to block out the ambient noise!

I'm sure if I were  on oncology they'd let me have it

I've actually started using a portable fan next to my bed: makes a world of difference. :)

I have slept with a fan for a long time. I used to run one for the kids, then I became addicted to the noise and can hardly sleep without one.

I think I will go to bed. Been a long delightful day here. Kites flying, animals and food. Was a good day. They lambs were a hoot to watch!
