OK my friend. Yes, let's get good at walking. Beer, did I say beer? I meant Jack Daniels. Silly me.

Sweet!  One foot in front of the other, One foot at a time. This is fun, as long as I don't end up face first on the ground. lol  You all don't happen to have any extra ice, do you?  I seem to have run out after putting that last batch on my head.  I forgot to refill the trays.  Gentleman Jack forgot to remind me and now I'm out.  These 'Comfort Gel Packs' are awesome, but they don't stay frozen for long.  You all painted in here, didn't you?  Looks really nice.

Dymphna, I warned you over on the etnicity thread to not be gambling with greg and now....see what happened. Check your pockets. I think I know how you got that bump on your head! He may have stolen your jack Daniels flask.

It is time to brush teeth. Ok. Ok. You get another hour. That's it. I am tired. But who cares! I am staying up til 10. Yup, I know. I'm crazy. I'm wild. But...there you have it.

What is your most comfortable bed covering? Quilt? Comforter? Chenile? Down? Satin?  Large afgahn? Wool? Flannel?

Pillows. Must be super soft or they cause me headaches. Bad headaches. I am better off with no pillow than a firm pillow.

Super-stuffed down filled comforter, topped with an 11 pound acrylic pile blanket. Keeps the warmth from the feathers in, like a bird's outer feathers, don'cha know. ;) My pillow is stuffed with chunks of memory foam, which apparently mold to the shape of my head. I'm a side sleeper, so I need a firm pillow. And I also need to hug something while I sleep, to feel secure, so I sleep with a giant plush bear. With claws. :)
My Lord and my God.

Bernadette you have a system, a sleeping system . I want to sleep at your house. You really know how to sleep.

Wait, I forgot the featherbed. On top of the futon, but under the fitted sheet, and the sheet can't go under the futon too, otherwise it will mash the featherbed's fluffiness. That fluffiness is all-important. And I listen to audio books to fall asleep. Dickens, Sherlock Holmes, or St. Teresa of Avila these days. Nothing better on a cold night than snuggling in and listening to a good book.  Now, in summer the pretty, snuggly blankets and featherbed go away and I sleep under just a doubled sheet, because I can't sleep without something covering me. I'm a creature of habit.
My Lord and my God.

Hubby's like this.  Winter stresses him out with all of the less than sunny days, due both to weather and because the sun doesn't stay out as long.  We've got 3 super heavy blankets.  2 are from Korea (my Godson's friend/lawyer got several for him during her last trip back there )and 1 we bought in Mexico before we left San Diego.  I'd be willing to guess they are at least 12 pounds each.  I can only put one on at a time when I make the bed.  I roast when there is only one on, let alone 3, but he just puts his fan on right in front of his face and he's good for the night.

Me?  Just give me the awesome blanket we found at Cabela's in their clearance room.  It's extremely soft and fluffy.  You barely know it's there.  It's like sleeping on a cloud.  I like my medium pillow, but I love it when you add a stuffed tiger that will twist in such a way that it fit's your head under your neck.

8:30. Time to finish the beer, wine or mixed drinks or you'll be up, tripping your way to the bathroom. Not fun. I have to be done drinking by this time. Do I have to remind you guys that there is only one dymphna, and only so many of her angels to escort you to the bathroom and back safely. You can't count on me as I will be sleeping.

Who asked you, munda? Geesh......I was there for you on the baptism thread. The least you could is not call them "disgusting". Maybe just say you don't enjoy them....disgusting is an assault on my tastebuds. Really? Do you really think that? Now I feel stupid for liking peeps.
