Drill commenced, executed, and finished.  White glove test given and found to be satisfactory, per regulation guidelines.  Hopefully to your satisfaction as well, ma'am.   Gloves left under kitchen sink, should you deem an inspection is necessary.   :grin:   :P

Never figured out how draw a maple leaf, so I just drew the trees.  Late summer (greens & golds), early autumn (golds & reds), and late autumn (wine reds and purples), and sunflowers to top it all off.

Just gave Logan a new rawhide. I know, not very popular thing to do if you are a purist. But I guess I'm not and he loves them. So...after he chewed it for a bit, with the utmost pleasure, I took it from him and put the non-chewed part in my mouth repeatedly, marveling, that each time he took it back he did not jump on me, make any contact with his nails or teeth, in his a tempt to get it out of my mouth. He is such a gentle doggy soul. I found another rabbit in my yard that he played with....to death. No blood, no broken neck. Probably scared to death. Poor thing.

Thanks everyone!  This is all Hubby's fault.   :toth:  He likes it when I do my nails.  Anyway, each tree has 3 colors/colours for our friends from the North and a sparkle element.  I don't seem to have the ability to get the rich color or sparkle in my phone pictures.

This one turned out OK.  It allows you to see a bit more of the different colors.

Dymph, I will never polish my nails again, so seeing yours, I can live vicariously through you! In truth, I never even attempted to do what you do with your nails.. But....they remind me of what I did in the corners of all my rooms. The corners, near the ceiling, I would decorate in a like fashion as you do your nails. Every corner of most of the rooms in my house had a floral splash. Nothing you could buy, just my own thing. I love how you do this.

Pinterest is Diablo!!!  Do you know how you can click on a picture and that link brings you to another one?  And another one?  That's when I figured out that people were doing with their nails.  And the most astonishing thing I found, was that it's OK to wear blue polish, or purple, or *Oh the horror!!!" green.  I just kept playing around with the designs until I got the hang of it. I love this stuff!

having a really bad night.  back at the nursing facility.  really getting tired of this place.  my older son isnt taking it very well.  perhaps that isn't the rigt way to say it since he is doing the best he can with his 7 year old coping skills.  i just get the sense that i'm ruining his life.   his life has never been predictible and he often has weeks where he doesn't know who's going to be home with him, whose house he's sleeping at.  But this on again off again arrangement has been giving him a lot of anxiety because just as he gets used to having me home again I have to leave.  plus the mrs. mental health is not good at all so i cant imagine things are fun at home while im gone.  this is what developmental psychologists call an "adverse childhood experience."  and i'm not sure if the baby cares either way.  he sure isnt sleeping longer stretches yet.

plus the nurses that are here sundays are not the same as the ones here during the week and unfamiliar caregivers + my PTSD are not a great combo
