Thanks.  That pretty much convinces me that I had covid in Jan. 2020.

I thought I had it around that time, too, but I'm pretty sure we got omicron a few weeks ago.  Rapid onset of fever/aches/malaise, lasted about 30 hours, went away as abruptly as it came on, and there was never any respiratory involvement.  Who knows.

Believe me brother, I pray nightly for this.  But I’m seeing so far just a few cracks in the dam.  The UK of all places recently announced ending covid dictates, which is the prime example that sticks out in my mind.  I estimate we’ll see if the dam breaks soon enough.  But until then we’re facing an impending medical crisis on a new level, with unvaxxed medical workers getting let go. The Mrs has her orders from the hospital she works at to get the Jab by next week or else, per the SC (thanks Roberts), so she’ll be at home baking cookies soon.  I doubt the national guard will be able to make up the difference.

VICTORY!  Good job to all who participated in the fight.  It's not over, and the truckers and their supporters are still battling in Canada, but I smell victory in the air.  The sniveling rats are all scurrying, or like Trudeau, hiding.

Europe is going the right way, while the governments in Canada and the US seems to want to go the other.

Regardless of ideology, measures taken for a situation will change as the situation progresses. So that in itself is not significant.

However, I do agree that there are politicians gauging the public and seeing what they can get away with.

The state I am in already had its governor restricted heavily by the people (actual referendum to change the constitution).

Name calling will only appeal, at best, to those who share your view, so if you want your view more widely accepted, you might want to conduct yourself more reasonably.

Imagine the names one could call those who smoke tobacco or chew! Would that appeal to you? There is more justification for condemning those than wearing a cloth on the body.

This is the single most absurd idea since this whole thing started, which is saying a lot.

It has been true since the beginning that the PCR is completely unreliable. This didn't become true recently and thus cause these changes in attitudes. Credible doctors and scientists were saying this from the beginning. The manner in which the propaganda ministers demonized them was all the evidence I needed to know they were telling the truth. The same goes for masks and social distancing. Thanks to the DARPA leaks, we have confirmation that everyone who called ivermectin and hydroxy chloroquine deadly poisons were not only wrong, they knew it wasn't true while they were saying it.

The tobacco comparison is ludicrous. I use tobacco products, and I have never once tried to claim it was healthy, I never tried to get someone else to start smoking, nor have I tried to convince people that non-smokers should be systematically exterminated in concentration camps. I'm sure you are capable of coming up with advertisements from 60 years ago claiming cigarettes are healthy, and there are people who start smoking because they wanted to fit in with peers. Nobody has ever started smoking out of fear of losing their jobs or becoming the target of a political persecution. No smoker has ever suggested killing non-smokers.

Branch COVIDians absolutely DID try to impose their insanity on the rest of us, and when we proved they were wrong about everything they talked openly about killing us.

Your suggestion that I should be extra-polite to the people who wanted to enslave and kill me and my family is insane. I don't even need to ask, I already know you had zero neighborly concern for those who disagreed with COVID restrictions. I'm not surprised to see you think it's needed now.

I hope you took the advice now that the UK has ditched the NHS mandate.

Took me awhile, but I have some information.  This involves the CMS vax requirement.  SCOTUS let it stay for now (was not a final ruling), however, they must include a religious exemption.  I would exhaust appeals on that.

Second, there is plenty of case law around "Quarantine Law" which states an individual must be a clear and present danger, and that there is an appeals process, and that it must be legislative.  So you can attack the vax law on various fronts.  If you have natural immunity, you are definitely not a clear and present danger.  Also, this was not done legislatively, and there isn't a review process.  People in other cases are suing on these grounds.

My advice is to get a lawyer and ask him to look at these legal theories.  Someone with Civil Rights experience.  Perhaps contact Barnes Law and get a local referral.

Some school districts are trying to weasel out of it (like mine). They have publicly stated that the ruling only applies to the people specifically mentioned in the ruling and that the mask mandate will remain in effect for everybody else.  I'm waiting to see what will follow after that statement.  There are a number of people who say they will send their kids to school without masks regardless.
