I have a great Milan Straw hat for sale.
Probably from the late fifties judging by the size tag.

Beautiful golden straw with a dark maroon pugaree with light gold designs throughout.

Sorry; I wear a 7 or a 7 1/8, depending on the hat. I have three Milan-weaves; one very like the one you describe but with a black, white, and gray striped pugaree.
