Hi,

I'm looking for a traditional Latin prayer to say as I apply the holy water when I enter and exit the Church.

And also I would like a Latin prayer to say so as to cleanse a building that I would walk into, or to pray for an enemy of the faith who is in my presence.  Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

"In nomine Patris et fillii et Spiritus Sancti. Amen"

"Am I not here, I who am your mother?" Mary to Juan Diego

"Let a man walk ten miles steadily on a hot summer's day along a dusty English road, and he will soon discover why beer was invented." G.K. Chesterton

"Blessed are they that hunger and thirst after justice: for they shall have their fill." Jesus Christ

I assume that you're being sarcastic. I'm looking for something more elaborate.

That is a good one:  I've also been praying from the psalms:  Exsurgat Deus et disipentur inimici eius.

As far as the holy water prayer goes, I'm surprised that I haven't found one yet, its such a common thing to apply holy water when entering a Church.
