He says something very sensible at 39 mins.

"Custody of the senses isn't enough, you have to have custody of the mind."  Coming from an exorcist this is something worth considering.  I find this to be correct.  All the problems happen in the mind and indeed can happen without the senses.

If you can control the mind and understand what makes you tick and can set you off then the senses look after themselves.

Contentment is knowing that you're right. Happiness is knowing that someone else is wrong.

In conclusion, I can leave you with no better advice than that given after every sermon by Msgr Vincent Giammarino, who was pastor of St Michael's Church in Atlantic City in the 1950s:

    "My dear good people: Do what you have to do, When you're supposed to do it, The best way you can do it,   For the Love of God. Amen"
