Instaurare omnia

There are six installments so far; these include:

  • 12th c. murals at Hardham Church in Sussex
  • Duccio's Madonna and Child
  • daVinci's Study of the Fetus in the Womb
  • William Blake's Infant Joy
  • Tracey Emin's From the Week of Hell (*)
  • George Lucas' Star Wars (*)
According to the author's bio at The Society for the Protection of Unborn Children,
QuoteDaniel Frampton is a writer, academic and pro-life advocate. His commentary has been featured online and in print in such publications as the Catholic Herald, the Conservative Woman, the Conservative Online, the Salisbury Review and the St. Austin Review. He has also written for peer review journals, including the Chesterton Review and Logos: A Journal of Catholic Thought and Culture. Daniel has a PhD from the University of East Anglia and takes an especial interest in Catholic intellectual culture and the arts, as well as the work of G. K. Chesterton and Thomist theology.
(*) Not having read these yet, it will be interesting to see how Dr. Frampton manages to redeem (if so) Tracey Emin and George Lucas.  :)

Nisi Dominus custodierit civitatem, frustra vigilat qui custodit eam (Psalm 126:2).
Benedicite, montes et colles, Domino: benedicite universa germinantia in terra, Domino (Daniel 3:75-76).
Put not your trust in princes: In the children of men, in whom there is no salvation (Psalm 145:2-3).

Prayerful

Padre Pio: Pray, hope, and don't worry. Worry is useless. God is merciful and will hear your prayer.
