My brother shared this song with me a long time ago and I liked it. I haven't thought about it in many years until I thought about it today. I once bought one of his records and once considered going to one of his concerts but I decided not to go. I forget why. It is a good song I think. I can't believe it is almost twenty years old. Time flies.

For the stone shall cry out of the wall; and the timber that is between the joints of the building, shall answer.  Woe to him that buildeth a town with blood, and prepareth a city by iniquity. - Habacuc 2,11-12

A stunningly beautiful and tasteful reworking of an old classic.

Poor Conor, another fallen away Catholic.

This is one of my fav songs of this other project of his, despite the fact that Conor didn't write it or even sing it on the album (the writer sang):

I started using spotify recently. It recommends me new music based on what I tell them I like. It recommended this. This is what you get when you listen to Van Morrison and Neil Young. She sounds like a ghost to me.
