Has anyone here read or edited on Metapedia?: http://en.metapedia.org/wiki/Main_Page
It seems to be pretty trad-friendly. :)

Heinrich

I just bm'ed it. Could find myself spending much time there. Thanks.

Also, some users on the site seem to support National Socialism and "evolutionary racism", which certainly is disturbing, but Wikipedia has more extremist users.

Heinrich

Upon further review I noticed an underlying theme there. I would caution to proceed with.

Yes, it seems they are very selective about who becomes a user there, so it does have its downsides.

Kaesekopf

It's very clearly run by some kooky sedevacantists.

Just for the record, that website is trash.  It's terrible as an "encyclopedia", as it is filled with subjective language all over.  It reads like an opinion piece in the SSPX article.  And, somehow, under SSPX, the biggest subcategory to have is "Recognize and Resist."

But, the clincher has to be the article on Sedevacantism...
Quote
No convincing counterpoint

The critics of sedevacantism are very much like the critics of so-called "anti-semitism". There is to date no thoroughly convincing point by point rebuff of all it's claims. It is just that it is considered socially beyond the pale to accept the uncomfortable truth on this matter, a line many are unwilling to cross and the implications that it has for the forces of good and evil in the world.

I was thinking it was a collaboration of Gott mit Uns Alex and der Kaiser.

The article on Jews is ... I don't even dare quote it here. There's certainly a lot of interesting stuff on that encyclopedia, for as far as our interests and those of a certain group overlap.

Pretty much says it all...

I wonder how trads would have been treated in Nazi Germany. Q

The world is charged with the grandeur of God.
    It will flame out, like shining from shook foil;
    It gathers to a greatness, like the ooze of oil
Crushed. Why do men then now not reck his rod?
Generations have trod, have trod, have trod;
    And all is seared with trade; bleared, smeared with toil;
    And wears man's smudge and shares man's smell: the soil
Is bare now, nor can foot feel, being shod.

And for all this, nature is never spent;
    There lives the dearest freshness deep down things;
And though the last lights off the black West went
    Oh, morning, at the brown brink eastward, springs —
Because the Holy Ghost over the bent
    World broods with warm breast and with ah! bright wings.

And of course, St. Edith Stein/Teresa Benedicta of the Cross:
