When President Trump signed an executive order "ending" birthright citizenship in the U.S. (it will be up to the Supreme Court to rule on if he has that authority) he said:

Quote"Birthright, that's a big one. It's ridiculous. We are the only country in the world that does this with the birthright, as you know, and it's just absolutely ridiculous."

Actually we "don't know" that the U.S. is the only country in the world that "does this with the birthright", because the U.S. isn't the only country that does.  Many others do, including Canada.

It all comes down to "subject to the jurisdiction thereof."

If an Indian, Chinese, or Guatemalan woman flies here 8 months pregnant and keeps this under wraps, and then gives birth, this child will have a SSN, a passport, voting rights and full citizenship. Kid grows up entirely in China, India, Guatemala, may not even speak English, and then can attend college or work here no problem - as a citizen.

That's a clear abuse of the 14th amendment. Zion Donnie should have really pressed this first term. He flirted the idea during his interview with Axios but never acted on it.
Put not your trust in princes, in sons of men in whom there is no salvation. When his breath departs he returns to his earth; on that very day his plans perish.
