My generous aunt got me a new laptop on Thursday (from Amazon). It’s an HP 15t “business laptop” according to the description. It’s insanely slow to start up. I’ve spent all day doing updates, resets, downloads, etc., and contacting HP so they could do updates, resets and downloads. It’s still slow, no improvement whatsoever. Is there anything else I can do or did I just get a lemon? I really just want to return it.
