Title: Fr. Michel Rodrigue Prophesies for next several months of 2020
Post by: Xavier on July 28, 2020, 01:56:49 AM
From: https://www.sunstar.com.ph/article/1861967/Pampanga/Opinion/Cervantes-Fr-Michel-prophecies-for-next-months

FR. Michel Rodrigue has already been introduced in this space. But he is always worth introducing, if only to put him on a credible pedestal amid sensational prophecies revealed to him, often by God the Father Himself. And the prophecies are for our times, as in our generation (allow me to include myself, God willing, despite my being a senior).

Fr. Michel of the French speaking side of Canada has recently humbly declared that his bishop did not support his prophecies, but his credibility has not diminished among followers of credible and holy mystics of our days.

Those interested can access his videos on YouTube by searching his name (be careful, as there is a Fr. Michael Rodriguez, too). The website countdowntothekingdom.com also features him, as well as many other modern mystics.

While no one is obliged to believe mystics, the Bible has this to day in Amos 3:7: "For the Lord GOD does nothing without first revealing his secret to his servants, the prophets."

I now quote Fr. Michel copiously for the details he provides on what supposedly will happen in the next months and years.

On March 24, 2020 he wrote the following to his supporters:

"...After this period of compulsory confinement [due to virus outbreak], life will resume its course. The summer period will open a window of time where we will be able to prepare well for the coming test ... that of being with Jesus on the Cross. We cannot see the Glorious Cross without encountering the cross with Jesus.

"You must now consecrate your house or apartment to the Eternal Father through the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Mary if you have not done so. We must regularly bless our places, our homes, with exorcised holy water. During this summer, you need to prepare a food supply for a period of three months, with drinking water, too. You will need to have made your general confession before fall. The prayer of the Holy Rosary, of Saint Michael the Archangel, and that of your guardian angels will be your comfort, your strength, your protection."

Two days later, on March 26, 2020, Fr. Michel wrote:

"My dear people of God, we are now passing a test. The great events of purification will begin this fall. Be ready with the Rosary to disarm Satan and to protect our people. Make sure that you are in the state of grace by having made your general confession to a Catholic priest. The spiritual battle will begin. Remember these words: THE MONTH OF THE ROSARY (October) WILL SEE GREAT THINGS!"

He added:

"...There will be famine. Jesus presented this to me just recently. I was in my room, and when I sat down, preparing to go to bed, I saw a black cavalier coming. This means famine. I heard, "They will have money, but they will have no bread," which means that you can have money to buy it, but you will find nothing. Then all money will crash, so it is good to give your money away now, as it will disappear. There will be a great uprising. You will see revolution in your streets. People will fight each other openly. The government will have no other choice than to institute martial law. At the same time that martial law begins, so will the war."

On the war, he alleged:

"He [the devil] will start a nuclear war that will be global-the third world war-his war against all of humanity. The devil will kill one third of humanity in this war, and through plagues and abortion, just as one third of the angels were cast out of heaven into hell. Seven nuclear missiles will be permitted to strike the United States as a result of its abominations. Many nuclear missiles will be deflected by the Hand of God because America prays the Divine Mercy Chaplet. I was told this by the Eternal Father.

"...And I know that the war will come from two countries: One is Korea and the other is Iran. They will come together to face the United States of America."

Fr. Michel, at another time, said:

"The times are urgent. The Tribulation will come, and it will be soon. We are in a time of emergency. When the Father gave me the fraternity, He asked me to build it quickly because it will be a refuge for many priests who will come there. Much of what you will witness will be orchestrated by the devil. You will see people fighting against each other for a political reasons. The persecution of Christians, which has already begun, person to person through ridicule and accusation, will come from laws that are lawlessness. You will not be able to follow these laws in good conscience, so persecution will then fall under civil authority."

And the Warning, as prophesied in the Marian apparition in Garabandal, as well as told to Sr. Faustina Kowalska by Jesus, will follow. Fr. Michel wrote about this, saying:

"...Then the Warning will come. I saw this. The stars, the sun, and the moon will not shine. All will be black. Suddenly in the heavens, a sign of Jesus will appear and light up the sky and the world. He will be on the Cross, not in His suffering, but in His glory. Behind Him in a pale light, we will appear the face of the Father, the True God. It will be something, I assure you.

"From the wounds in Jesus' hands, feet, and side, bright rays of love and mercy will fall onto the entire Earth, and everything will stop. If you are in an airplane, it will stop. If you are riding in a car, don't worry -- the car will stop. If you ask me, "How can that be?" I will say, "God is God. He is the Father Almighty, Creator of heaven and Earth. If He put Fr. Michel out in there the universe, like a piece of dust, do you think He cannot stop matter? Do you believe that your small airplane will bother Him? No. This is what God told me; but He has also told such things to others, like at Garabandal, which St. Padre Pio believed in.

"Everything will be fixed in time, and the flame of the Holy Spirit will enlighten every conscience on Earth. The shining rays from Jesus' wounds will pierce every heart, like tongues of fire, and we will see ourselves as if in a mirror in front of us. We will see our souls, how precious they are to the Father, and the evil within each person will be revealed to us. It will be one of the greatest signs given to the world since the Resurrection of Jesus Christ."

"After the Warning, no one left on Earth will be able to say that God does not exist. When the Warning comes, everyone will recognize Christ, and they will also recognize His Body, and the body of Christ is the Catholic Church.

"...After the illumination of conscience, humanity will be granted an unparalleled gift: a period of repentance lasting about six and a half weeks when the devil will not have the power to act. This means all human beings will have their complete free will to make a decision for or against the Lord.

"...When the devil returns after six and a half weeks, he will disseminate a message to the world through the media, cell phones, TV's, et cetera. The message is this: A collective illusion happened on this date. Our scientists have analyzed this and found it occurred at the same time that a solar flare from the sun was released into the universe. It was so powerful that it affected the minds of the people on Earth, giving everyone a collective illusion.

Bunch of crap.  Garabandal is false.

Garabandal is true. Fr. Michel isn't per se associated with Garabandal, though. Fr. Michel believes the Warning is very close; he has said October 2020, the Month of the Rosary, will see great things, and the events of purification will begin this fall or autumn season. Many of the things he's predicted, like civil war in the streets, have already come true.

As for Garabandal, many Garabandal-watchers had said for a long time that the Churches in the west would be closed when the Warning was near. Others thought this would not come to pass in the West; but it now has. If you were following that, even you would be satisfied with the specificity of the warnings, pun intended.

That's further confirmation that the Warning is quite near now. Not too far away.

They were saying that in 1995.

"Soon", always soon.

Not soon enough for Joey.

Next generation of suckers believe it.

The Garabandal seers did not say churches would be closed because of a virus.

October 19, 1982

Q. Do you remember what the Blessed Mother said about the communist tribulation that is to precede the Warning?
A. It would look like the communists would have taken over the whole world and it would be very hard to practise the religion, for priests to say Mass or for people to open the doors of the churches.

Q. Is that what you meant when you said that it would seem as though the Church had disappeared?
A. Yes.

Q. It would be because of the persecution and not because the people would stop practising their religion?
A. Yes, but I guess a lot of people will stop. Whoever practises it will have to go into hiding.

Q. Will this only be in Europe or do you think it will be here in the United States as well?
A. I don't know because for me at that time, Europe was the whole world. I just assumed it was that way. The Blessed Mother didn't specify in what place. To me it looked like it was everywhere.

The above is a very different scenario to everything, pubs, schools etc being closed for quarantine reasons.  You are being selective with information to cram it into your narrative.  Communists have not caused churches to shut.  The hierarchy made that decision themselves.  So this forecast does not fit the current times.

Greg, you ought to like this latest prophecy because it fulfills all the conditions:

1. Very specific about actual events that are going to happen, not vague generalizations that could match any horoscope.

2. Very specific about the time, which is:
   a. Definite -- October 2020, not some time in the next couple centuries.
   b. Soon -- only 2 months away.

In just a couple of weeks we will know for sure whether or not this prophecy is accurate. There will be no doubt about the events, there will be no doubt about the time. In October these things will happen or else they will not happen.

I intend to continue with my life assuming that money still buys food in this October and thereafter. I will look like a fool, however, if the prophecy comes to pass, and I did not listen. We will know for certain very soon.

OK.  Let's agree this.  If nuclear war happens and famine by October then ban me.  You can have a drum roll.

If Nov arrives and we aren't starving, then ban Xavier for his constant prophecy bullshit posts.  Which dilute the nature of prophecy because people get jaded with this horseshit constantly being spewed out.

Lol. I reject your terms unceremoniously, Greg. If you want to be banned, you can self-ban yourself if you like.

What the Garabandal visionaries said: "it would be very hard to practise the religion, for priests to say Mass or for people to open the doors of the churches" is a perfect description of the present situation. It is very hard to practice Catholicism, it is hard for Priests to say Mass, and it is hard for people to open the doors of the churches. That's three on three there. Nearly 40 years ago, its an incredible prophesy of something naysayers said would never come to pass. I've learned not to discount prophesies because of reasons like that.

Scripture says, "Despise not prophecies" (1 Thess 5:20). You can despise them if you want. You don't even believe the prophesies of Our Lady of Fatima regarding Communism yet, do you? Garabandal repeated the Message of Fatima regarding Communism. With Covid and the CCP malpractice in lying to the world about its release, we can already see Communism's role in the chastisement to come. Not to mention the leftist Marxist riots those like Soros are funding. Those who don't heed Our Lady's Call don't take the duty of Catholic Anti-Communist Action seriously enough. Our Lady has spoken clearly enough through many voice boxes. I choose to heed Her Call.

This particular prophesy is a very recent one. It's too soon to say for certain yet. Fr. Michel Rodrigue has made some predictions that have come true, like fighting in the streets. The next steps, Father says, is war and worse. It's pretty detailed predictions with a specific timeline. It's worth discerning and watching imo. You don't want to, you don't have to.

You would wouldn't you.

Because you talk the talk and waffle on about every kook with a vision, but you won't deal with it or admit when you are wrong.

Garabandal is false as has been repeatedly shown.  I've pointed to the video where Conchita says that Joey would get new eyes and remain cured.

Fr. Michel believes in Medjudgoogoo and pushes it on his own website.  That makes him a complete fool.

Lol. https://youtu.be/T4__CcFNieE

I asked you to explain five things: (1) Explain how the girls walked backward, much faster than the boys. (2) Explain how while looking up, they never blinked even when powerful torches were shone right in their eyes. Can you do this? (3) Explain how that while in ecstasy, they were pricked, and did not show pain. If someone did this to you, and you were faking an apparition, would you continue to? (4) Explain how they always gave the Rosary back to the right person, even though they had no idea whose it was; and explain how they knew the Priests and Religious, even though many in those days were dressed in plain clothes (a bad habit, pun intended, but it was something Our Lady used for this supernatural sign (5) Explain the Eucharistic Miracles, including the foretold Angelic Eucharistic Miracle of Miraculous Communion on the tongue, that happened on a prophesied date, and the other ones, like how the Blessed Mother kissed the Eucharistic Chamber, and explained to the girls what it was, as was confirmed only much later etc etc etc.

Your only explanation was "Satan did it". Not very convincing to someone who has more faith in God than in Satan! I don't believe in the supernatural lightly, but I DO BELIEVE in the supernatural. Why don't we cut to the chase with you? You've lost faith in the supernatural altogether, isn't it? That's what this si all about, right? Rather than seek help from those with strong faith and try to regain your spiritual insight, you attack those who continue to believe, and try to drag them down to your naturalistic level of thinking. I gave you reasons how we can exclude the natural and the preternatural in order to arrive at the supernatural. Go back and read your Bible and Catechism and it is based on that.

Get back to me when you can relate to me just one incident of a supernatural happening that you DO BELIEVE in.

See, this is how real Saints respond to manifestly supernatural events:

St. Padre Pio: "Dear girls:  At nine o'clock this morning, the Blessed Virgin told me to tell you:

"Oh blessed girls of San Sebastián de Garabandal!  I promise you I will be with you until the end of the times
and you will be with me at the end of the world, and afterwards united with me in the glory of Paradise."

I send you a copy of the holy Rosary of Fatima that the Virgin has ordered me to send to you.  This Rosary has been dictated by the Blessed Virgin and must be propagated for the salvation of sinners and the preservation of humanity from the worst of the chastisements that the good God is threatening. I give you just one counsel:  pray and encourage prayer, because the world is at the beginning of perdition. They don't believe in you or in your conversations with the Woman in White...They will believe when it is too late."

The brief text of the letter contains several references to aspects of the apparitions: the closeness of the Virgin, the importance of prayer...but perhaps the most surprising is the almost literal reiterated response of Our Lady when the girls ask her for proof so that the people will believe. "They will believe," Our Lady always responded. "They will believe," the Capuchin now writes, "when it is too late."

The Garabandal apparitions have been consistently rejected by four bishops of Santander. Demons can effect all the symptoms of a supernatural ecstasy, and I remember this:
Quote(3) Explain how that while in ecstasy, they were pricked, and did not show pain.
also happened with the demon-possessed false mystic Magdalena de La Cruz (https://www.mysticsofthechurch.com/2011/12/sister-magdalena-of-cross-nun-who-made.html)
QuoteHowever, he stabs her with a needle and obtains no reaction. But when he wisely dips the needle in holy water, Magdalena lets out a moan. This immediately draws suspicion and concern that Sr. Magdalena may be infested or even possessed by a demon.
Joey Lomangino was promised restoration of his sight (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mqCaGdtsMis) by Conchita, but he died blind in 2014.   This post about Padre Pio's approval of it, which is not authoritative in itself (https://garabandalnews.org/2018/11/02/the-letter-of-padre-pio-to-the-seers-of-garabandal/), and this sceptical comment (https://garabandalnews.org/2018/11/02/the-letter-of-padre-pio-to-the-seers-of-garabandal/#comment-40088) are interesting. I'm not saying that Garabandal is certainly demonic, but I see no good reason to believe that it is divine. That said, prophecy can only be judged after the event: we can review this in October/November.

I already answered those questions.  It is simple.  Those at Garabandal are heavily biased towards those who want to believe it.  The skeptics have no market to sell books, or medals or conferences or pilgrimages.  Come to this remote Spanish village so we can show you where a fraud was perpetrated.

I don't need to disprove every aspect of Garabandal and every claim some peasant girls make.  I just need to show that something that was forecast, not in Conchita's opinion, but in the "words of Our Lady" according to her, "The Blessed Mother told me that Joey would get his eyesight back and remain cured", is demonstrably wrong.

And this has been demonstrated.  Conchita was 100% wrong about Joey getting his eyesight back and remaining cured, because Joey is DEAD.  She was also wrong about 3 more Popes and then the end of the times.  Because we are on Pope 5 and 7 years into his pontificate.  3 isn't 5.

At this point we can SAFELY know that Garabandal is false.  Because either Our Lady is wrong or Conchita claimed to hear words that she did not hear.  And if she is wrong about Joey then what is she right about?  Perhaps she got the warning, the miracle, the permanent sign in the pines wrong too.

Prophesy is supposed to be tested (with reason) for this reason.  Otherwise idiots, like you, will believe any old bollocks and promote it and make Catholics look like superstitious fools.

Goodness. Let that be a lesson. An hysterical fraud who got knocked up while a nun and apparently aborted her own child. What's worse is that she managed to fool them even after being discovered. Pregnant by the Devil with a large caterpillar that scuttled off? Give me a break. What's more likely, that or an hysterical fraud continuing to deceive with her "possession" and stories of diabolic pacts?

Not really. It is officially at "non constat" status, which means unconfirmed/not determined. None less than Pope John Paul II himself has been favorable to it: "There he finds some words written in longhand, containing an affectionate greeting and beneath it a name and signature: John Paul II. Albrecht cannot believe what he is seeing. Excitedly, he directs his gaze to the beginning of the text and he begins to read it with full attention, several times, from beginning to end. He is particularly struck by these lines:

"May God reward you for all your work, especially for the deep love with which you are making known the events related to Garabandal. May the message of the Mother of God be received in people's hearts before it is too late. As an expression of joy and gratitude, the Holy Father wishes to impart his apostolic blessing to you."" https://www.garabandalthemovie.com/en/garabandal/witnesses/353-st-john-paul-ii

Quotealso happened with

Not comparable. Here are 4 young girls to whom the incidents happened while they were fully visible to the rest of the village. They gathered to pray the Rosary together and while praying it fall into ecstasy before all. Other private revelations have revealed every Hail Mary is like a blow to Satan's head. Is Satan going to author and be in the midst of a whole town while everyone is praying the Rosary? Very unlikely. Satan doesn't cast out Satan, but if Satan was behind this, then Satan is casting out Satan.

Here in this 1982 interview, Mari Loli mentions that the current Bishop was open to the revelations: http://www.garabandal.org/News/Maria_Rosati_Letter_Interview.shtml

But his credibility is on the line, and if it doesnt turn out the way he said, then I hope he has the humility to take a step back, and not have a go again with other prophecies.

Fr Rodrigue is a heretic (belives Medgugoogoo) and his own Bishop has told him to shut the fuck up.

Of course, Xavier, being the apparition chasing retard that he is, will somehow find a way that the bishop is wrong (probably because the Bishop didn't see it in a vision or whatever).

Xavier listen close. You're obsession with apparitions is evil.

The fullness of the Faith has already been revealed and subsists in the Catholic church. Not in apparitions. This apparition chasing you are so hard for is diabolical disorientation.

But I would expect nothing less from an Indian, you people are odd af. (Coming from a guy with several Indian relatives).

PS. You should subsitute apparitions for ambulances and become an ambulance chasing lawyer. You'd make a small fortune.

St. Alphonsus on openness to supernatural revelations: "As Almighty God in His goodness imparts His favors to His faithful followers in divers ways-----sometimes by enlightening their minds in a supernatural manner, and even conversing with them familiarly, as it were-----and as the nature of this work is intended to be practical, not controversial, I have thought it expedient for the edification of pious souls to introduce into it, after the manner of the Holy Fathers, both some revelations made to certain Saints and several miraculous facts concerning this mystery. I know there are some persons who, boasting of being free from prejudices, take great credit to themselves for believing no miracles but those recorded in the Holy Scriptures, esteeming all others as tales and fables for foolish women. But it will be well to remember here a remark of the learned St. Alphonsus, who says, "that the bad are as ready to deride miracles as the good are to believe them; adding that as it is a weakness to give credit to all things, so on the other hand, to reject miracles which come to us attested by grave and pious men, either savors of infidelity, which supposes them impossible to God, or of presumption, which refuses belief to such a class of authors. We give credit to a Tacitus, a Suetonius, and can we deny it without presumption to Christian authors of learning and probity. There is less risk in believing and receiving what is related with some probability by honest persons and not rejected by the learned, and which serves for the edification of our neighbor, than in rejecting it with a disdainful and presumptuous spirit?" (Glories of Mary) Hence Pope Benedict XIV (De Canoni. Sanct.) says: "Though an assent of Catholic faith be not due to them, they deserve a human assent according to the rules of prudence by which they are probable and piously credible." http://www.catholictradition.org/Eucharist/blessed-eucharist.htm

St. Alphonsus on swearing: ""But, " says St. Paul, "fornication and all uncleanness, let it not so much as be named among you, as becometh saints." (Ephes. v. 3.) Mark the words"all uncleanness. " We must not only abstain from obscene language and from every word of double meaning spoken in jest, but also from every improper word unbecoming a saint that is, a Christian. It is necessary to remark, that words of double meaning sometimes do greater evil than open obscenity, because the art with which they are spoken makes a deeper impression on, the mind.

10. Reflect, says St. Augustine, that your mouths are the mouths of Christians, which Jesus Christ has so often entered in the holy communion. Hence, you ought to have a horror of uttering all unchaste words, which are a diabolical poison. "See, brethren, if it be just that, from the mouths of Christians, which the body of Christ enters, an immodest song, like diabolical poison, should proceed." (Serm. xv., de Temp.) St. Paul says, that the language of a Christian should be always seasoned with salt. "Let your speech be always in grace, seasoned with salt. "(Col. iv. 6.)

Our conversation should be seasoned with words calculated to excite others not to offend, but to love God. "Happy the tongue," says St. Bernard, "that knows only how to speak of holy things!" http://www.traditionalcatholicpriest.com/2017/08/19/vice-speaking-immodestly-st-alphonsus/

If you don't want to believe it, don't believe it. Don't start cursing and swearing your mouths off - that is a mark of evil, per these Saints. Garabandal I showed was accepted by Pope John Paul II. Even Bp. Williamson supports it. Garabandal said our churches would be closed one day, as we see most of them now closed, shortly before the Warning.

Fr. Michel Rodrigue is new. Father mentioned riots in the streets even before most people had ever heard of BLM. That adds credibility. His latest prediction is quite specific, as many posters have noted. I find him credible. Fr. Michel is also a capable, competent exorcist.

That tells you a lot right there.

Look, Xavier.  I actually believe that we are in the period of the End Times.  But none of us knows how long that will last and what the next chastisement will look like.  Famine is certainly a possibility.  Another plague is also a possibility.  Some kind of war involving most/all nations or at least the great powers.  But the timing of all of that and the pace and form of it are unknown.

That doesn't mean we should just relax.  For any of us, "the end" (our death) comes as a thief in the night, and that includes death by chastisement. Get thee into a state of grace.

It is far more important to live as if tomorrow is the next chastisement than to assume October.  It is not a good idea to try to outguess God or declare oneself --clergy or lay person -- a prophet. I've been in situations in my own life when I've tried to base my current actions on what I assumed would happen in X number of days, months, years, and what happened is that I squandered the present opportunities because I was fixed on the future -- near or far.  We are commanded to live in the present and not to try to "control" events.

What we are also strongly encouraged to do is to pray for a diminishment of chastisements because, as in the OT, God may withhold His punishment if enough pray and do penance.  That is Catholic teaching.  Fr. Rodriguez is not in himself "Catholic teaching."

I like how St. Alphonsus makes it clear that there are errors on both extremes.  Automatically rejecting all apparitions is not the ideal and neither is uncritically accepting all of them.  We are striving for a virtuous middle in which we follow St. John's advice:  "Dearly beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits if they be of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world." (1 John 4:1)

It is possible to have an excessive or unbalanced interest in apparitions or to be overly credulous.  I doubt, however, that any of us know our fellow forum members well enough to advise each other on this. I especially don't expect you to give much weight to the opinion of someone who can't decide whether to give you spiritual advice or to insult your ethnicity while using profanity.  Nevertheless, I think it would be worthwhile for you to discuss this with your spiritual director.

Prophesy is called a supernatural sign in Scripture and Church Teaching. It's important for non-Catholics to know there have been many Catholic prophesies of Communism's resurgence, from Fatima to Garabandal to now Fr. Michel. Fr. Michel spoke of street riots before many people had heard of Antifa/BLM. Garabandal said the chastisement would come from Communism. Fatima needs no introduction.

It's up to each person whether they want to believe or not. God gives signs so that the world more easily believes when what He has prophesied comes to pass. St. Paul tells us not to despise prophesy for similar reasons. It is not the only important thing, of course, but it has its own place at the same time. I mentioned the Pope's approval of Garabandal because the Pope's view is of the highest authority.

Americans fought openly in the 1960s, 1970s, 1980s...

Everything they fight about can be ascribed to politics.

Not a huge prediction in a country of 300 million people.

That quote sprung to mind for me too.  It's interesting that Trump is currently  playing a similar role in the American republic.

I still think nothing will happen though.  In some ways I hope I am wrong.

Title: Re: Fr. Michel Rodrigue Prophesies for next several months of 2020

I will happily admit when I am wrong. I also don't claim personal infallibility nor perfect discernment.

I don't believe WWIII will necessarily break out in October itself (as you claimed I believe in another thread) and I don't believe Fr. Michel said that. What I believe is that the Warning is quite near now, as I explained in my first reply on this thread. The War and the financial collapse will happen around the time of the Warning, consistent with other prophecies. Fr. Michel said the great events of purification will begin this fall season, which goes till about Christmas. I will review his prophecy next year.

Fr. Michel: "The great events of purification will begin this fall.

I don't know what great things he is talking about. Maybe the pro-life confirmation fight of Justice Barrett? I'll wait and watch before I review.

This blog site covers lot of current prophecies, both from Fr. Michel as well as other modern Mystics. There have been prophecies that the prophesied Warning will happen this year. https://maryrefugeofsouls.com/2020/05/27/jesus-christ-to-the-little-prophet-of-love-i-am-going-to-bring-my-warning-this-autumn-its-a-chance-to-repent-its-a-day-of-mercy-its-a-time-to-reflect/ I think there's a good chance of that happening, combining it with what the Garabandal seers said of Churches being closed (which happened this year) when the Warning was near. Let's see. In the meantime, despise not prophecies, as St. Paul the Apostle teaches in Holy Scripture.
