What's a 'software incompatibility'?

I've tried to uninstall the program that seems to be incompatible: %programfiles%\saveshare\sprotector.dll but I'm 'denied access'.

This program was last modified in Jan. of this year, after I started using chrome.

There's a page that comes up when I try to figure it out, that "lists all modules loaded into the main process and modules registered to load at a later point."  It shows the program '...sprotector...' as 'known to conflict with Google Chrome'  I don't know how to do a screen shot, and I hesitate to anyway, because I don't know if some of the information on that page might be sensitive.

What should I do?  Thanks.

Does he post here, or did you reach him over at FE?

Who knows. Non-members certainly keep track of what goes on here, and they read posts.

I e-mailed him.  On his blog he invites people to e-mail him with any questions.
